Je bent dagelijks actief in de regio om nieuwe MKB-klanten te werven en bestaande relaties verder uit te bouwen. Je signaleert commerciële kansen, voert gesprekken op verschillende niveaus en vertaalt klantvragen naar concrete oplossingen. Daarbij maak je slim gebruik van data, AI en tools om je markt effectief te bewerken.

Voor openstaande vacatures stel je (met ondersteuning van tools) aansprekende vacatureteksten op en werk je nauw samen met de Recruiters. Je geeft gerichte feedback om het selectieproces te verbeteren en de kans op succesvolle plaatsingen te vergroten. Zodra een kandidaat is geplaatst, blijf jij betrokken. Je onderhoudt contact met zowel klant als flexkracht en begeleidt de flexkracht gedurende de inzet, zodat alles soepel blijft lopen.

Daarnaast stel je commerciële voorstellen op, volg je deze actief op en zorg je voor een correcte vastlegging van afspraken, tarieven en marges.

Jij bent een commerciële professional die energie krijgt van het opbouwen van relaties en het laten groeien van een klantenportefeuille. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen regio en weet commerciële kansen te vertalen naar duurzame samenwerkingen. Daarbij ben je resultaatgericht, maar verlies je de mens achter de klant en flexkracht nooit uit het oog.

Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in onderstaande punten:

• Je hebt ervaring in een commerciële rol, bij voorkeur binnen arbeidsbemiddeling of zakelijke dienstverlening• Je bent sterk in relatiemanagement en vindt het leuk om actief nieuwe klanten te benaderen• Je werkt planmatig en houdt overzicht in een dynamische omgeving• Je beschikt over overtuigingskracht en durft commerciële gesprekken te voeren, inclusief prijsonderhandelingen• Je bent digitaal vaardig en maakt makkelijk gebruik van systemen, data en (AI-)tools• Je communiceert helder en schakelt soepel tussen klant, recruiter en flexkracht
