Bij De Mandemakers Groep draait alles om de klant en als commercieel manager zorg jij dan ook dat de klantreis van Brugman Keukens & Badkamers tot in de puntjes klopt. Vanaf de eerste online oriëntatie tot het moment dat de droomkeuken thuis wordt gemonteerd: jij hebt het overzicht en stuurt op een fantastische klantervaring. Je ontwikkelt een helder commercieel beleid, signaleert kansen in de markt en vertaalt deze naar concrete plannen voor het assortiment en de winkels. Door zelf het goede voorbeeld te geven houd je de energie binnen de verkoopteams hoog en til je onze collega's naar een hoger niveau. Jij bent de verbindende schakel die de winkels, marketing en directie soepel laat samenwerken. - Tijdens jouw winkelbezoeken zie je direct wat goed gaat en waar nog kansen liggen.
