Dan is deze functie bij Mastermate wellicht iets voor jou. In een afwisselende commerciële binnendienstfunctie help je klanten met advies, offertes en technische vraagstukken en draag je bij aan duurzame klantrelaties.

Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je helpt hen telefonisch en per e-mail met vragen, bestellingen en productadvies. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte aanpak vinden klanten snel de juiste oplossing en bouwen jullie samen aan een langdurige relatie.

Jouw werkzaamheden

- Je verwerkt bestellingen en aanvragen van klanten; - Je adviseert over bouwmaterialen, gereedschappen en technische producten; - Je stelt offertes op en volgt deze op; - Je informeert klanten over prijzen, levertijden en acties; - Je beantwoordt vragen en denkt mee over passende oplossingen; - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en speelt hier actief op in; - Je werkt nauw samen met collega's om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen.

- Een salaris tot €3.200 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Voor kandidaten met veel relevante kennis en ervaring is een hoger salaris bespreekbaar; - Een functie voor 32 tot 40 uur per week; - Direct een contract bij Mastermate; - Opleidingen en trainingen om je vakkennis verder uit te breiden; - Doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een landelijke organisatie; - Een informele werksfeer binnen een hecht en betrokken team.
