Onze klantrelatie Tecnilab-BMI is een technische handelsonderneming met volwaardige project & service organisatie voor de biomedische, farmaceutische, gezondheidszorg en biosafety industrie. De organisatie adviseert, verkoopt en onderhoudt een brede range van specialistische en hoogwaardige producten & diensten zoals reinigingsinstallaties, desinfectieapparatuur, desinfectie dienstverlening, isolatoren & downflow oplossingen en andere farmaceutische installaties. Deze producten worden bij diverse Europese fabrikanten betrokken en worden exclusief in de Benelux geplaatst, geïnstalleerd en onderhouden. Voor uitbreiding van ons verkoopteam zijn wij op zoek naar een Commercieel Medewerk(st)er Binnendienst.

De Commercieel Medewerk(st)er Binnendienst is verantwoordelijk orderacceptatie, voor het maken van offertes en het aanbieden aan onze relaties. Dit in nauw overleg met ons verkoopteam. De verkoopmedewerk(st)er binnendienst onderhoudt contacten met onze relaties betreffende de aanbiedingen welke het verkoopteam hebben gedaan en informeert over nieuwe producten en diensten. De Commercieel Medewerk(st)er Binnendienst werkt samen met verkoop & marketing medewerkster binnendienst, onder leiding van de sales & account managers en helpt mee om de marktpositie in onze marktsegmenten verder uit te bouwen in samenspraak met het verkoopteam.

Werkzaamheden waar jij je voornamelijk mee bezighoudt:

- Ondersteuning van het verkoopteam;

- Orderacceptatie;

- Onderhouden van contacten met bestaande relaties en netwerken in onze 4 marktsegmenten; Opdoen en onderhouden van productkennis;

- Klanten adviseren over mogelijke oplossingen;

- Verantwoordelijk voor gehele verkooptraject binnendienst, uitgebrachte offertes en andere zaken binnen de verkoop binnendienst en de opvolging daarvan;

- Het vastleggen van overeenkomsten en het zorgen voor de administratieve afwikkeling in overleg met het verkoopteam inclusief periodieke evaluatie van de overeenkomsten;
