The posting

Voor onze klant, actief in de retail, horeca en grootdistributie, zoeken we extra commercieel talent. Dit, ter uitbreiding van het interne sales team bestaande uit een 11-tal medewerkers.

Wat houdt jouw rol als Commerciële binnendienst medewerker in?

  • Als Internal Sales medewerker sta je in contact met verschillende external sales medewerkers & verschillende interne afdelingen
  • Je beheert samen met hen de klantenportefeuille in de regio België (Vlaanderen + Wallonië) + Frankrijk
  • Afhankelijk van jouw voorkeur word je ofwel ingezet op de retail en horeca of op de grootdistributeurs
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt van de klanten - je begeleidt hen doorheen het ganse traject
  • Je verwerkt de orders en volgt jouw dossiers van A tot Z op
  • Verder zorg je dat alles administratief correct staat
  • Actieve prospectie behoort niet tot jouw takenpakket - het gaat steeds om bestaande klanten - natuurlijk denk je wel commercieel mee met jouw klanten & bouw je een langetermijnrelatie met hen op

Wat verwachten we van jou als Commerciële binnendienst medewerker?

  • Je genoot een Bachelor opleiding (Communicatie, Economie, Toerisme, Transport of Taal) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een 3-tal jaar ervaring in een internal sales functie
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis Nederlands en een goede kennis Frans
  • Je bent commercieel en ondernemend
  • Je bent graag met klanten bezig
  • Problemen zie je als een uitdaging
