Als Verkoop Adviseur en Service Coördinator vorm jij de spil tussen de klant en de technische realisatie. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar je stap voor stap wordt opgeleid om een expert te worden in jouw vakgebied. Werkzaamheden - Adviseren van klanten over de aanschaf en huur van hybride warmtepompen en cv-ketels - Telefonisch opvolgen van warme leads en begeleiden van het complete verkooptraject - Aannemen, behandelen en oplossen van inkomende service- en klantvragen - Beoordelen van situaties op locatie aan de hand van foto's in overleg met de monteurs - Bestellen van de juiste installatiematerialen en inplannen van de montagewerkzaamheden - Aansturen van en afstemmen met installateurs verspreid over Nederland - Zorgvuldig registreren van alle verkoop- en servicegegevens in de administratie - Actief bijdragen aan het optimaliseren en efficiënter maken van de werkprocessen Wij zoeken - Mbo werk- en denkniveau met een duidelijke affiniteit met techniek en commercie - Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke uitdrukking in de Nederlandse taal - Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een servicegerichte instelling - Een proactieve houding en het vermogen om snel te schakelen tussen verschillende taken - Beschikbaarheid van 32 tot 40 uur per week - Bereidheid om gemiddeld één keer per zes weken een weekenddienst op te p...
