Jouw rol:

Als commercieel medewerker balie ben je het aanspreekpunt voor onze professionele klanten – zoals dakwerkers, aannemers en gevelspecialisten. Je zorgt ervoor dat bestellingen correct opgevolgd worden, dat klanten snel geholpen worden en dat het filiaal op rolletjes loopt.

Concreet betekent dit:

  • Je helpt professionele klanten aan de toonbank met hun vragen, bestellingen en directe afhalingen.
  • Je behandelt orders en offertes via e-mail, telefoon, Whatsapp, en volgt ze nauwkeurig op tot de levering.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de producten van deze orders en offertes correct worden besteld bij onze aankoopdienst en nadien klaargemaakt worden in het filiaal voor afhaling of levering.
  • Je houdt het filiaal georganiseerd, overzichtelijk en zorgt ervoor dat de stock correct wordt aangevuld via onze aankoopdienst of logistieke centrum.
  • Je springt bij waar nodig en zorgt samen met je collega’s voor een positieve sfeer.
  • Je hebt motivatie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, dat is voor ons belangrijker dan ervaring.
  • Je bent leergierig en bouwt graag productkennis op via opleiding op de werkvloer.
  • Je hebt minstens een graduaatsopleiding afgerond.
  • Je hebt digitale basiskennis en bent niet bang om met een computer te werken.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en blijft rustig.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die samenwerkt, ondersteunt en initiatief neemt.
  • Je communiceert vlot met klanten en collega’s in het Nederlands.
  • Weekendwerk is geen probleem voor jou, 1/2 zaterdagen ben je van 8u-12u paraat in het filiaal.
  • Vroege starturen schrikken jou niet af: om 7u in de zomer, om 7u30 in de winter.
