Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je onder andere verantwoordelijk voor: - Het onderhouden van contact met klanten, telefonisch en per e-mail; - Het adviseren van klanten over producten, toepassingen en oplossingen; - Het verwerken en opvolgen van offertes, orders en contracten; - Het ondersteunen van de buitendienst; - Het monitoren van de leverbetrouwbaarheid; - Het registreren en actualiseren van klantgegevens in CRM- en ERP-systemen; - Het signaleren van commerciële kansen, zoals upselling en cross-selling; - Het meedenken over verbeteringen; - Het professioneel afhandelen van klachten. Wat heb je nodig? Je komt te werken op de binnendienst, waar je samenwerkt met twee collega's. Voor deze functie zijn we op zoek naar iemand met een commerciële drive en de volgende eisen: - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen een technische binnendienst; - Een duidelijke commerciële drive; - Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; - Minimaal MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau; - Je bent klantgericht en communicatief sterk; - Je kunt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken; - Je hebt commercieel en technisch inzicht; - Je bent proactief, stressbestendig en kunt goed prioriteiten stellen; - Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken; - Je bent gewend om te werken met ERP-, CRM- en Office-systemen; - Affiniteit met techniek is belangrijk Wat krijg je?
