Omschrijving Vacature: Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst (Fulltime/Parttime) Locatie: provincie Groningen & Drenthe Ben jij klantgericht, commercieel ingesteld en op zoek naar een uitdagende functie op kantoor? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Doorlopend zijn wij op zoek naar Commerciële Medewerkers voor op de afdeling Binnendienst die het verschil weet te maken in klantcontact en salesondersteuning. Wat ga je doen als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst? Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je adviseert, denkt mee en zorgt voor een vlotte afhandeling van offertes en orders. Je werkt nauw samen met de buitendienst en zorgt ervoor dat commerciële processen soepel verlopen. Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden: • Adviseren van klanten: Je voorziet (potentiële) klanten van passend advies over onze producten en diensten. • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes: Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar concrete offertes en volgt deze actief op. • Onderhouden van klantrelaties: Je zorgt voor een uitstekende klantbeleving, zowel telefonisch als via e-mail. • Salesondersteuning: Je ondersteunt de buitendienst met het voorbereiden van afspraken en het opvolgen van leads. • Administratieve verwerking: Je verwerkt orders, stelt facturen op en houdt klantgegevens actueel in het systeem.
