Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben je de onmisbare schakel binnen het team van agrarische makelaars en taxateurs in Best. Jij bent het visitekaartje van het team en zorgt voor een vlotte communicatie met klanten, makelaars en collega's. Met jouw organisatietalent en servicegerichte houding houd je het overzicht, spring je bij waar nodig en draag je bij aan een optimale ontzorging van het team. Jouw doel? Klanten een topservice bieden en hen omtoveren tot enthousiaste ambassadeurs van de organisatie.

Wat ga je doen?

• Beantwoorden van telefoontjes en e-mails en zorgen voor een juiste opvolging. • Agenda's beheren en dossiers voorbereiden voor aan- en verkooptrajecten. • Taxaties uitwerken en koopovereenkomsten opstellen. • Verkoopbrochures en andere commerciële documenten opmaken. • Verkoop- en verhuurdossiers up-to-date houden. • Meedenken over commerciële kansen en bijdragen aan de doelen.

Functie-eisen: Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben jij het talent dat communicatief sterk is en gemakkelijk overtuigende, pakkende teksten schrijft. Je krijgt energie van afwisselend werk, schakelt snel en houdt altijd het overzicht. Proactief meedenken en oplossingsgericht handelen horen bij jou, ook op drukke momenten. Je werkt nauwkeurig, bent commercieel alert en ziet kansen die je actief benut. Klantcontact? Daar blink jij in uit. Je stelt moeiteloos prioriteiten, communiceert helder en draagt met jouw servicegerichte houding bij aan het succes van het team en de tevredenheid van de klant.

Wat neem je mee:

• Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau. • Ervaring in de agrarische sector is een must. • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
