Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorgt ervoor dat aanvragen snel en professioneel worden opgepakt. Een veelzijdige rol waarin je bijdraagt aan sterke klantrelaties én een soepel verkoopproces. Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van het verkoopproces voor onze opdrachtgever. Je onderhoudt contact met klanten, dealers en interne afdelingen en zorgt ervoor dat vragen snel en correct worden beantwoord. Daarnaast stel je offertes op, verwerk je orders en bewaak je de voortgang van lopende aanvragen. Je houdt overzicht over verschillende commerciële trajecten en zorgt ervoor dat klanten tijdig worden geïnformeerd over levertijden en orderstatussen. Ook ondersteun je accountmanagers bij het uitwerken van klantaanvragen en het voorbereiden van commerciële activiteiten. Je verwerkt gegevens in het ERP-systeem, signaleert verkoopkansen en denkt mee over verbeteringen in de klantbediening. Dankzij jouw commerciële instelling en organisatorische vaardigheden draag je bij aan een professionele dienstverlening en een optimale klanttevredenheid. In deze functie werk je voor een internationale organisatie binnen de machinebouw en agrarische sector, waar techniek en innovatie centraal staan. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes voor klanten en dealers; - Verwerken en beheren van orders in het ERP-systeem; - Beantwoorden van vragen over producten, prijzen en levertijden; - Ondersteunen van accountmanagers bij commerciële trajecten; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten, dealers en leveranc...
