Als Commercieel Medewerker (Binnendienst) staat de klantrelatie voor jou centraal: - Je gaat met klanten in de vestiging in gesprek, vraagt naar hun bouwprojecten en vertelt hen over de producten, services en voordelen die Bouwmaat biedt. - Je bent dè expert in onze vestiging op het gebied van verkoop - Je achterhaalt actief de behoefte van onze klanten om daar een passend aanbod voor te maken - Je zorgt voor een correcte en bijgewerkte klantenadministratie in het CRM Daarnaast bespreek je met het verkoopteam de actieproducten en de presentatie hiervan in de vestiging. Je maakt verkooprapportages om jouw collega's uit het verkoopteam op de hoogte te brengen van jouw leads en je deelt je inzichten met de Manager Verkoop en Vestiging. Jouw vestiging Bouwmaat Amstel is een XL-vestiging. Dat betekent dat het meest uitgebreide aanbod van producten in de vestiging ligt. We zijn de steun en toeverlaat voor de vakman in de bouw: professionals in de herstel-, renovatie- en onderhoudsmarkt. Wij staan daarbij voor slimmer bouwen. Met professioneel advies en met een breed assortiment producten. Het verkoopteam bestaat uit twee verkoopadviseurs en wordt ondersteund door de collega's op de vestiging. Je werkt nauw samen met de Manager Verkoop en Vestiging, die ook verantwoordelijk is voor het verkoopteam. Bij Bouwmaat kom je terecht in een ambitieus en professioneel team.
