Voor een gevestigde speler binnen de bouwsector zoeken we een Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en energie haalt uit klantencontact, offerteopmaak en dossieropvolging.

Vanuit het kantoor in Roeselare ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, collega's en de interne organisatie. Je ondersteunt klanten binnen de Belgische openbare markt, beantwoordt hun vragen en zorgt ervoor dat offertes en dossiers correct en tijdig worden opgevolgd. Daarbij combineer je jouw commerciële feeling met een nauwkeurige administratieve aanpak en voldoende technisch inzicht om klanten professioneel verder te helpen.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar samenwerking centraal staat en waar je dankzij jouw ervaring ook collega's kunt ondersteunen wanneer dat nodig is.

Jouw taken

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en zorg je ervoor dat commerciële dossiers van aanvraag tot opvolging vlot verlopen. Je werkt volledig vanuit kantoor en bouwt mee aan duurzame klantenrelaties.

  • Opstellen, uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes voor klanten binnen de Belgische openbare markt
  • Klanten professioneel adviseren en ondersteunen bij hun vragen over producten, toepassingen en bestellingen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor klanten in zowel het Nederlands als het Frans
  • Bieden van technisch-commerciële ondersteuning en meedenken over passende oplossingen
  • Beheren en opvolgen van klantendossiers, aanvragen en commerciële administratie
  • Bewaken van afspraken, deadlines en een correcte verwerking van informatie
  • Afstemmen met collega's om klanten tijdig en volledig te informeren
  • Mee zorgen voor een vlotte interne communicatie en een efficiënte dossierbehandeling
  • Ondersteunen van collega's en taken overnemen wanneer de situatie daarom vraagt
  • Actief bijdragen aan een klantgerichte en professionele dienstverlening

Je houdt het overzicht, werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt ervoor dat klanten op jou kunnen rekenen. Met jouw ervaring en verantwoordelijkheidszin ben je een belangrijke ondersteuning voor het commerciële team.

We zoeken een mature en betrouwbare professional die zelfstandig kan werken, graag initiatief neemt en weet hoe je commerciële relaties op een professionele manier onderhoudt.

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie
  • Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Frans en communiceert daarnaast vlot in het Nederlands
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt graag mee met klanten
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve en administratieve vaardigheden
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en kunt je vlot aanpassen wanneer de planning verandert
  • Je hebt interesse in technische producten en bent bereid om je productkennis verder uit te bouwen
