Logisch. Maar achter elke goede levering zit ook iemand die zorgt dat alles klopt. De order. De afspraak. De offerte. De klantgegevens. De opvolging. Het contact met sales. En soms dat ene detail waarvan iedereen later denkt: goed dat iemand dat zag. Daar zoeken we jou voor! Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst Minimaal 32 uur per week Jij bent niet alleen de binnendienst. We zoeken geen collega die alleen maar orders verwerkt. We zoeken iemand die meedenkt. Een klant bestelt ineens anders dan normaal. Jij merkt het op. Een collega van sales heeft extra informatie nodig. Jij regelt het. Je ziet een commerciële kans bij een klant. Jij signaleert die. Een proces kan slimmer. Jij zegt het. Administratie die gewoon moet kloppen. Je houdt je o.a. bezig met: - Aannemen, verwerken en factureren van verkooporders; - Administratieve afhandeling van klantafspraken; - Analyseren, bewaken en opvolgen van klantafnames; - Behandelen van klachten, retouren en credits; - Up-to-date houden van klantgegevens; - Opstellen van offertes; - Verwerken van afspraken en bezoeken van de buitendienst. Ook werk je mee aan complexere projecten. Naast de dagelijkse werkzaamheden ondersteun je bij bredere administratieve en commerciële processen. Denk aan o.a.: - Interne orderverwerking rondom apparatuur en condities; - Beheren, aanmaken en bewaken van stamgegevens; - Contractbeheer van klanten; - Opstellen van rapportages; - Facturatie van apparatuur, servicecontracten en werkbonnen. Wie ben jij? Je hebt al ervaring opgedaan in een binnendienstfunctie, bijvoorbeeld als medewerker binnendienst, sales support, customer servicemedewerker of een vergelijkbare rol. Je hebt / bent: - Mbo+/ mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau;...
