Die producten verkopen we niet alleen in onze showroom, maar ook op diverse (inter)nationale marketplaces/ platforms zoals bol.com en Amazon, daarnaast vooral vanuit onze eigen webshops : - George at Work : marktleider op het gebied van werkplaatsinrichting, professioneel handgereedschap, werkbanken en opbergsystemen voor de automotive, logistiek en luchtvaart. George at Work staat voor kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en innovatie. - Jimmy at Work : specialist in tuinkassen, bergingen, carports en pergola's. Ons uitgebreide assortiment onderscheidt zich door een uitstekende prijs-/ kwaliteitsverhouding zodat iedereen van buiten kan genieten, hoe groot of klein de tuin ook is. Hoe maak jij het verschil? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij het gezicht én de stem van George at Work en Jimmy at Work. Je denkt actief mee met de klant, herkent commerciële kansen en weet een advies om te zetten in een passende offerte of bestelling. Je helpt klanten in onze showroom en staat ze te woord via telefoon, e-mail en chat. Of het nu gaat om een technische vraag over een werkbank of het helpen kiezen van de perfecte tuinkas, jij weet het precies uit te leggen. Je zorgt voor een glimlach bij onze klanten en zorgt ervoor dat ze met een goed gevoel terugkomen! Ons Customer Service team bestaat momenteel uit 4 collega's die worden aangestuurd door de Manager Operations.
