Commercieel medewerker binnendienst BREDA 40 uur € 3.000 - € 3.500 # 66293 Omschrijving Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij het vaste aanspreekpunt voor je eigen klanten. Je onderhoudt contact, luistert naar hun wensen en geeft passend advies. Je denkt mee met klanten en helpt hen bij het vinden van de juiste oplossingen. Tegelijkertijd zie je kansen om de samenwerking verder uit te bouwen. Jouw werkzaamheden : - Beheren en uitbreiden van je eigen klantenbestand; - Opbouwen van sterke en langdurige klantrelaties; - Adviseren van klanten over producten en mogelijkheden; - Herkennen van commerciële kansen en deze omzetten naar resultaten; - Overleggen met collega's van Field Sales en Key Accountmanagement; - Vastleggen van klantinformatie in het CRM-systeem; - Meedenken over verbeteringen voor klanten en processen; - Je werkt daarbij nauw samen met Sales Support, zodat jij je vooral kunt richten op klantcontact, advies en groei.
