Voor een groeiende organisatie binnen de duurzame energiesector zoeken wij een Commercieel Medewerker die particuliere klanten adviseert over energiebesparende oplossingen zoals zonnepanelen, warmtepompen en airconditioningsystemen. Je werkt uitsluitend met warme leads van klanten die zelf interesse hebben getoond. Door goed te luisteren naar hun wensen en situatie geef jij een passend advies en stel je een offerte op waar de klant enthousiast van wordt. Zo draag je direct bij aan een duurzamere toekomst én aan tevreden klanten. Over de functie Als Commercieel Medewerker ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor particuliere klanten die meer willen weten over duurzame oplossingen voor hun woning. Je begeleidt het gehele traject: van de eerste inventarisatie tot aan de verkoop en planning van de installatie. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Contact opnemen met klanten die een offerte of informatie hebben aangevraagd; - Inventariseren van klantwensen via telefoon- of videogesprekken; - Adviseren over passende duurzame oplossingen; - Opstellen en toelichten van offertes; - Omzetten van adviesgesprekken naar succesvolle verkopen; - Plannen van installaties na akkoord van de klant; - Bijdragen aan het verbeteren van processen en klanttevredenheid; - Realiseren van individuele en gezamenlijke doelstellingen; - Zorgvuldig verwerken van...
