Je komt te werken op de binnendienst van team INFRA DE, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor de grotere infra-projecten binnen Duitsland. In deze rol werk je samen met de projectcoördinator en schakel je met verschillende afdelingen. - Je behoudt het inzicht bij de grotere projecten en vraagstukken - Je weet op de juiste momenten op- en af te schalen - Je bent administratief goed onderlegd - Je werkt proactief aan het opbouwen van relaties - Je voert orders in en werkt offertes snel en accuraat uit - Je bent snel, klantgericht en empathisch - Je werkt nauw samen met de projectcoördinator en schakelt met verschillende afdelingen Wat vragen wij? Je houdt overzicht in complexe trajecten en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende partijen en afdelingen. Je hebt een commerciële basis en wilt graag doorgroeien richting projectcoördinatie. - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een commercieel administratieve rol (bij voorkeur binnen INFRA of techniek) - MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau - Je spreekt goed Duits en Nederlands - Je bent organisatorisch sterk en behoudt overzicht - Je bent flexibel en schakelt snel tussen verschillende werkzaamheden - Je bent bereid om enkele keren per jaar naar Duitsland te reizen (ongeveer 10x per jaar) Wat bieden wij?
