Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij de schakel tussen klanten, accountmanagers en de interne organisatie. Zo zorg je iedere dag voor tevreden klanten en een soepel verkoopproces. Wat ga je doen? Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ondersteun je het commerciële proces voor onze opdrachtgever. Je verwerkt offertes en orders, beantwoordt vragen van klanten en houdt contact met leveranciers en collega's. Je bewaakt de voortgang van bestellingen, signaleert verkoopkansen en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en professioneel worden geholpen. Daarbij werk je met een CRM- en ERP-systeem en houd je commerciële gegevens nauwkeurig bij. Daarnaast ondersteun je de buitendienst met administratieve en commerciële werkzaamheden. Je stelt offertes op, verwerkt aanvragen en denkt mee over het verbeteren van de klanttevredenheid. Dankzij jouw klantgerichte instelling, communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatietalent verloopt het verkoopproces efficiënt en bouwen klanten graag verder aan een langdurige samenwerking. Jouw werkzaamheden - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes; - Verwerken en beheren van orders; - Onderhouden van contact met klanten en leveranciers; - Ondersteunen van accountmanagers; - Beantwoorden van vragen over producten, levertijden en prijzen; - Werken met CRM- en ERP-systemen; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en bijdragen aan een optimale klantbeleving.
