Voor een groeiende distributeur binnen de wereld van elektronica zijn we op zoek naar een klantgerichte en commerciële collega die graag het verschil maakt voor klanten.

In deze rol ben je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor retailers, webshops en professionele verkopers.

Je zorgt ervoor dat vragen snel worden beantwoord, orders vlot worden verwerkt en klanten steeds kunnen rekenen op een uitstekende service.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar persoonlijke contacten, initiatief en samenwerking centraal staan.

Geen dag verloopt hetzelfde en net dat maakt deze functie zo boeiend.

Jouw uitdaging:

Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij de schakel tussen klanten en de verschillende interne afdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten correct worden geholpen en je bouwt mee aan langdurige klantenrelaties.

Je combineert klantgerichtheid met een commerciële reflex en denkt actief mee over oplossingen die zowel voor de klant als voor de organisatie een meerwaarde bieden.

Je verantwoordelijkheden zijn onder andere:

  • Beantwoorden van vragen via telefoon en e-mail op een professionele en klantvriendelijke manier
  • Opvolgen van bestellingen, offertes en klantendossiers
  • Informeren van klanten over beschikbaarheid, levertermijnen en productinformatie
  • Adviseren van klanten over mogelijke alternatieven, nieuwigheden en promoties

Daarnaast krijg je ook energie van:

  • Actief contact opnemen met klanten rond commerciële initiatieven en nieuwe productintroducties
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's van sales, aankoop, marketing en logistiek
  • Signalen uit de markt en feedback van klanten intern delen
  • Dossiers zelfstandig beheren en opvolgen tot een oplossing is gevonden
  • Mee bijdragen aan een positieve klantbeleving en een sterke dienstverlening

Je bent iemand die graag met mensen werkt en voldoening haalt uit het bieden van een uitstekende service. Je denkt oplossingsgericht, communiceert vlot en ziet in elk contactmoment een kans om klanten verder te helpen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande eigenschappen:

  • Klanttevredenheid staat voor jou altijd voorop
  • Je hebt een commerciële mindset zonder agressieve verkoopstijl

  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands
