Functieomschrijving Als Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen klanten, accountmanagers en interne afdelingen. Je begeleidt het volledige commerciële proces van aanvraag tot order en zorgt ervoor dat klanten snel en professioneel worden geholpen. Je gaat voor 40 uur per week aan de slag in de dagdienst. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Onderhouden van contacten met klanten en dealers; - Telefonisch afhandelen van aanvragen en orders; - Opstellen, uitbrengen en opvolgen van offertes; - Ondersteunen van de buitendienst; - Afhandelen van vragen rondom leveringen en orders; - Geven van passend product- en verkoopadvies; - Zorgdragen voor een correcte administratie; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen en verbeterpunten. Je gaat voor 40 uur per week aan de slag van 08:30 tot 17:00. De functie is tot het einde van het jaar, maar met kans op blijven.
