Bij Duif werk je in een dynamische handelsorganisatie met ruim 70 jaar ervaring in decoratie, glas, keramiek en producten voor de bloemen-, planten- en retailbranche. Vanuit Aalsmeer bedienen we klanten in binnen- en buitenland: van tuincentra en exporteurs tot grote retailers en supermarktketens. Als Sales Support Specialist / Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen ons commerciële team. Je hebt dagelijks contact met klanten, ondersteunt onze accountmanagers en zorgt dat aanvragen, offertes en orders goed worden opgevolgd. Wat ga je doen? - Je adviseert klanten over ons assortiment, prijzen, voorraad en levertijden. - Je maakt offertes en begeleidt orders van aanvraag tot levering. - Je schakelt dagelijks met collega's van Sales, Inkoop en Logistiek. - Je signaleert commerciële kansen en denkt mee over cross- en upselling. - Je bouwt klantrelaties verder uit en zorgt voor een goede service. - Je gebruikt digitale tools, waaronder AI, en denkt mee over verbeteringen in klantcontact en werkprocessen. Wie zoeken we? Je denkt commercieel, neemt initiatief en maakt makkelijk contact. Ook wanneer het druk is, houd je overzicht en werk je nauwkeurig. Je hebt: - minimaal een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in een commerciële richting en HBO werk- en denkniveau; - minimaal 1 jaar werkervaring binnen een commercieel (handels)bedrijf , bij voorkeur in een vergelijkbare functie; - goede kennis van Microsoft Office en ervaring met ERP-systemen; kennis van Microsoft Dynamics AX/Axapta en/of Business Central is een duidelijke pré; - een uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; - bij voorkeur ook kennis van Duits en/of F...
