The posting

Als commercieel medewerker elektrotechniek ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor installateurs en zakelijke klanten. Je beantwoordt technische vragen over elektrotechnische producten en groepenkasten. Je denkt mee, adviseert over de juiste samenstelling en controleert of producten technisch bij elkaar passen. Je stelt offertes op, volgt deze op en verwerkt klantorders. Je ondersteunt klanten telefonisch en per mail. Samen met collega’s van verkoop, inkoop en logistiek zorg je ervoor dat elke klant de juiste oplossing krijgt. Je signaleert commerciële kansen en adviseert over aanvullende producten. Je werkt fulltime (36-40 uur) op doordeweekse dagen tussen 08.00 en 17.00 uur. Elke dag is anders: de ene keer help je een klant die precies weet wat hij wil, de andere keer los je samen een technisch vraagstuk op.

Wie ben jij? Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau, het liefst richting elektrotechniek. Je hebt basiskennis van elektrotechniek en groepenkasten, of je wilt je hierin verdiepen. Je vindt het leuk om technische vraagstukken uit te zoeken en klanten te helpen. Je bent communicatief sterk, klantgericht en werkt nauwkeurig. Je denkt commercieel mee, zonder het technische uit het oog te verliezen. Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor je eigen klantvragen en orders.

- Mbo werk- en denkniveau (richting elektrotechniek is een pré) - 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring in elektrotechniek, verkoop of binnendienst - Kennis van elektrotechnische producten en groepenkasten (of bereid dit snel te leren) - Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands - Je bent communicatief, klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld - Je werkt nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid
