Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Jouw rol Als Commercieel Medewerker Klantcontact ben jij een van de eerste gezichten en stemmen van Pot & Vaas. Onze algemene mailbox en telefoon vormen de kern van je dag: jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en relaties en zorgt ervoor dat iedere aanvraag zorgvuldig wordt opgepakt. Daarbij ben je niet alleen dienstverlenend, maar ook verkoopgericht: jij ziet kansen om een vraag om te zetten in een offerte en een offerte in een order. Van een eerste vraag via telefoon of e-mail tot een offerte en order: jij houdt het overzicht, denkt commercieel mee en zorgt dat alles goed geregeld wordt, ook als het even druk of hectisch is. Wat ga je doen? - Info-mail & telefoon: Je beheert onze algemene mailbox en telefoon en pakt alle binnenkomende vragen van klanten op. Dit is een vast en substantieel onderdeel van je werkdag. - Klantcontact: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt via telefoon en e-mail, luistert goed en denkt actief mee. - Aanvragen & offertes: Je verwerkt aanvragen en maakt duidelijke en verzorgde offertes, en volgt deze proactief op om de order binnen te halen. - Orderverwerking: Je verwerkt orders nauwkeurig en zorgt dat alle informatie klopt. - Opvolging: Je houdt klanten op de hoogte, bewaakt openstaande aanvragen en bestellingen, en signaleert kansen om net een stap verder te gaan. - Showroom & advies: Je ontvangt klanten in de showroom en vertelt enthousiast over onze producten en mogelijkheden.
