Voor een internationaal familiebedrijf in de regio Kortrijk, actief in de verhuur en verkoop van industriële machines en onderdelen, zoeken we een klantgerichte commercieel medewerker. De organisatie is actief in meer dan 80 landen en focust zich op twee hoofdactiviteiten: enerzijds de verkoop van machines, anderzijds de wereldwijde distributie van onderdelen aan professionele klanten.

Vanuit een modern distributiecentrum vertrekken er wekelijks honderden zendingen naar klanten wereldwijd. Het bedrijf beschikt over een ruime voorraad van machines en onderdelen, bestemd voor diverse toepassingen in de bouw en industriesector. Klanten kunnen rekenen op een breed assortiment en technische ondersteuning.

Je komt terecht in een hecht team met een 30-tal collega’s. De werkomgeving is professioneel, met aandacht voor kwaliteit, duurzaamheid en ergonomie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Jij onderhoudt dagelijks contact met B2B klanten.
  • Een sterke focus op Nederlands, Vlaanderen en Verenigd Koninkrijk.
  • Je adviseert klanten over het uitgebreide onderdelenaanbod en denkt actief mee.
  • Offertes opmaken, bestellingen bevestigen en opvolgen?
  • Inkomende telefoons en e-mails behandel jij professioneel en met de glimlach.
  • Je overlegt regelmatig met de aankoopdienst om klantvragen gericht op te volgen.
  • Jouw algemene focus: klanten voelen zich begrepen en gefocust.
  • Je hebt al ervaring in een commerciële binnendienstfunctie waar offertes en orderopvolging jouw tweede natuur waren.
  • Nauwkeurigheid spreekt voor zich.
  • Klanten voelen zich geholpen en begrepen in het Nederlands, maar ook in het Engels.
