Als Commercieel Medewerker Ruwbouw adviseer je klanten, stel je offertes op en volg je bestellingen en leveranciers nauwkeurig op. Dankzij een interne opleiding leer je de producten en toepassingen grondig kennen.

De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Commercieel Medewerker Ruwbouw:

  • Fungeren als technisch-commercieel aanspreekpunt voor klanten.
  • Luisteren naar de behoeften van klanten en adviseren over geschikte producten en oplossingen.
  • Combineren van productkennis met een commerciële aanpak om klanten gericht verder te helpen.
  • Opmaken van offertes en deze commercieel opvolgen.
  • Actief inzetten op het realiseren van offertes en verkoopkansen.
  • Verwerken en nauwkeurig opvolgen van bestellingen.
  • Plaatsen van inkooporders bij leveranciers.
  • Onderhouden van contacten met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Rekenkundig verwerken en controleren van gegevens binnen offertes en bestellingen.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte afstemming met verschillende interne diensten.
  • Meedenken over een professionele en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Je komt terecht in een stabiele werkomgeving met een vlakke organisatiestructuur en korte communicatielijnen. Eerlijkheid, respect en ondernemerschap staan centraal in de dagelijkse samenwerking. Wie jij bent als Commercieel Medewerker Ruwbouw:

  • Beschikt over een bachelordiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.
  • Commercieel ingesteld en haalt voldoening uit het adviseren van klanten.
  • Hebt interesse in technische producten en bent bereid hierover bij te leren.
  • Ervaring binnen de bouw-, ruwbouw- of dakensector vormt een mooie plus.
  • Rekenkundig sterk en werkt nauwkeurig.
  • Communicatief en klantgericht ingesteld.
  • Neemt initiatief en beschikt over een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Leergierig en maakt nieuwe producten en toepassingen snel eigen.
  • Werkt graag samen en stelt het gezamenlijke resultaat voorop.
  • Kan administratie combineren met commercieel klantencontact.
