Voor een groeiende organisatie in de regio Hamme zoeken we een Commercieel Projectcoördinator – Nutsinfrastructuur. Je combineert projectcoördinatie met klantenbeheer en commerciële opvolging en bent de centrale schakel tussen klanten, aannemers, leveranciers en interne teams. Dankzij jouw aanpak verlopen projecten efficiënt en bouw je tegelijk duurzame klantenrelaties uit.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je coördineert projecten binnen de nutsinfrastructuur van offerte tot en met oplevering.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor klanten, aannemers, studiebureaus, leveranciers en interne diensten.
  • Je beheert en ontwikkelt een eigen klantenportefeuille en bouwt actief aan duurzame langetermijnrelaties.
  • Je volgt offertes, bestellingen, leveringen, planningen en projectdeadlines nauwgezet op.
  • Je bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en rendabiliteit van de projecten en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je detecteert commerciële opportuniteiten, lost knelpunten klantgericht op en vertaalt behoeften naar concrete oplossingen.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een technische, bouwkundige of commerciële richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met infrastructuur-, bouw- of nutsprojecten en interesse in technische projecten.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en hebt sterke communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, behoudt overzicht en kunt verschillende projecten en deadlines efficiënt organiseren.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
