Als commercieel technisch medewerker ben jij hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten als het gaat om vacuüm hijsgereedschappen. Geen standaard rol dus: jij duikt in de vraag achter de vraag, denkt mee, adviseert en vertaalt klantbehoeften naar slimme oplossingen. Je werkt hierbij op kantoor en bent dagelijks bezig met het verwerken en administratief afhandelen van offertes en orders. Van het opstellen van offertes tot de opvolging en correcte vastlegging in onze systemen: jij houdt het overzicht en contact met de klant en zorgt dat alles strak geregeld is. In je werk schakel je soepel met collega's uit verschillende disciplines, zoals de Dealer Manager, de productieleider en collega's van de logistiek. Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat klantvragen goed worden vertaald naar de praktische oplossingen en dat we altijd voor het beste resultaat gaan. Na een goede inwerkperiode ken jij onze machines van binnen en van buiten. Jij weet precies hoe je een klantvraag omzet in een concreet en overtuigend aanbod. Wat vragen wij? - MBO- of HBO-opleiding - Sterke communicatie skills in Nederlands en Engels - Duits en/of Frans? Grote plus! - Commerciële mindset - Affiniteit met techniek - Proactief, zelfstandig en prettig in de omgang - Handig met Microsoft Office.
