Functieomschrijving Geen dag is hetzelfde. Jij hebt contact met klanten via verschillende kanalen en zorgt ervoor dat zij goed worden geholpen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Telefonisch, per mail en persoonlijk contact met klanten; - Adviseren en verkopen van producten; - Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes; - Beantwoorden van vragen over producten; - Oppakken en afhandelen van klachten; - Signaleren van commerciële kansen; - Meedenken met klanten om tot de juiste oplossing te komen.

Jouw werktijden Je werkt 40 uur per week, verdeeld over maandag tot en met zaterdag. Je werkt iedere zaterdag en bent daarom op een vaste dag doordeweeks vrij. Normaal gesproken werk jij in dagdienst. In het hoogseizoen kan het voorkomen dat jij op vrijdagavond koopavond werkt. Dit wordt afgewisseld met jouw collega's.

Functie-eisen Jij hoeft niet alles al te weten. Belangrijker is dat jij graag met klanten werkt en commercieel bent ingesteld. Daarnaast: - Communiceer jij makkelijk en professioneel; - Vind jij het leuk om te verkopen en klanten te adviseren; - Denk jij in oplossingen en mogelijkheden; - Sta jij open om te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen!

Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Een bruto salaris tussen € 2.650 en € 2.900 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur; - Mogelijkheden om extra te verdienen door overuren; - Een afwisselende commerciële functie met veel klantcontact; - Wekelijkse trainingen tijdens de interne academy om jouw verkoopvaardigheden verder te ontwikkelen; - Een vaste vrije dag doordeweeks; - Werken in een enthousiast team waarin jij veel kunt leren!
