Wir suchen Menschen, die lieben was sie tun und es außergewöhnlich gut können - und damit Erlebnisse schaffen, die für unsere Gäste wie auch Mitarbeiter_innen unvergleichlich lebenswert sind. 2 Commis de Cuisine (m./w.) Als Commis de Cuisine (m/w/d) im DAS KRONTHALER sorgen Sie dafür dass,

* Sie unsere Küchenbrigade bei der Zubereitung und dem Anrichten von Speisen auf höchstem Niveau unterstützen.

* Mise-en-place-Arbeiten sorgfältig und effizient durchgeführt werden.

* die Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP) jederzeit eingehalten werden.

* frische Produkte fachgerecht verarbeitet, gelagert und vorbereitet werden.

* die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Posten reibungslos funktioniert.

* Sie durch Ihr Engagement aktiv zum kulinarischen Erlebnis unserer Gäste beitragen.

Sie bringen Folgendes mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder erste praktische Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position.

* Grundkenntnisse in der klassischen und modernen Küche.

* Freude am Arbeiten mit hochwertigen, frischen Produkten.

* Verständnis für sauberes, organisiertes und wirtschaftliches Arbeiten.

* Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen und sich weiterzuentwickeln.

* Begeisterung für die Gastronomie und kulinarische Kreativität.

* Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzfreude.

* Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität, auch in hektischen Situationen.

* Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.

* Motivation, in einem gehobenen Umfeld höchste Qualität zu liefern.

* entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift.
