Für unser traditionsreiches Haus mit 110 Zimmern und Suiten mitten im Herzen einer der schönsten Städte der Welt suchen wir eine*n engagierte*n Commis de Rang (m/w/d) für unseren Frühstücksservice.

Als Commis de Rang im Frühstücksservice bist du das Gesicht und die Stimme des Hauses und erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Gäste bei all ihren kulinarischen Wünschen rund um das Frühstück. Mit Ruhe, Aufmerksamkeit und deinem herzlichen Auftreten sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Gäste genussvoll und entspannt in den Tag starten. Gleichzeitig stellst du sicher, dass im Hintergrund alle Abläufe Hand in Hand funktionieren und unser hoher Qualitäts- und Servicestandard jederzeit gelebt wird.

* Herzliche Begrüßung und Betreuung unserer Frühstücksgäste

* Fachgerechtes Servieren von Speisen und Getränken nach vorgegebenen Abläufen

* Mise-en-place für Frühstück und Bankett

* Aktive Unterstützung des Service-Teams im täglichen Ablauf

* Unterstützung bei Bankettveranstaltungen

* Betreuung des Frühstücksbuffets

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie und Erfahrung im Servicebereich

* Ausgeprägter Sinn für Gastfreundschaft, Serviceorientierung sowie Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - Weitere Fremdsprachen sind herzlich willkommen

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und souveräne Umgangsformen

Arbeitszeiten: Vollzeit, 40 Wochenstunden im Rahmen zwischen 06:00 Uhr und 14:30 UhrUnser Angebot:
