Dein Profil

* Berufsausbildung: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Servicebereich oder erste Erfahrung als Commis de Rang (w_m_d) - idealerweise in der gehobenen Gastronomie.

* Serviceorientierung: Ausgeprägtes Gespür für die Wünsche unserer Gäste und ein hohes Maß an Servicebereitschaft.

* Kommunikationsfähigkeit: Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und/oder Englisch sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren.

* Teamarbeit: Fähigkeit, effektiv im Team zu arbeiten und sich schnell in ein bestehendes Team zu integrieren.

* Erscheinungsbild: Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und eine positive Ausstrahlung.

* Organisationstalent: Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und ein Auge für Details.

* Arbeitsweg: Für Wintersportfans kann der Arbeitsweg per Ski oder Snowboard zurückgelegt werden - inklusive First- und Last-Line auf den leeren Pisten.

Deine Aufgaben

* Gästebetreuung: Unterstützung der Servicekräfte bei der Betreuung und Bedienung der Gäste, um eine hohe Gästezufriedenheit sicherzustellen.

* Mise en Place: Vorbereitung des Servicebereichs, einschließlich der Organisation und Pflege der Tische sowie der Bereitstellung von Geschirr und Besteck.

* Service: Unterstützung beim Servieren von Speisen und Getränken gemäß den Standards des Hauses.

* Kommunikation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Demi Chefs de Rang und der/dem Chef de Rang, um einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf zu gewährleisten.

* Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Service-Standards und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Qualitätsvorgaben.

* Hygiene & Ordnung: Pflege und Reinigung des Arbeitsbereichs und Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften.

Wir bieten eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung mit 6-Tage-Woche (48 Std.) mit 1 - 2 Abenddiensten pro Woche inkl. attraktivem Bruttolohn ab € 2.900,- (Bezahlung über dem Kollektiv Hotellerie & Gastronomie, mit Möglichkeit zur zusätzlichen Anpassung je nach Qualifikation). Außerdem kommen eine Beteiligung am Trinkgeld, Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld (anteilig), gratis Kost und Logis und weitere Goodies on top dazu!
