Ihre Aufgaben

* Professionelle Betreuung und Beratung unserer anspruchsvollen Gäste bei der Weinauswahl

* Erstellung und Pflege unserer umfangreichen Weinkarte

* Sicherstellung eines optimalen Weinservice im Restaurant

* Verwaltung des Weinkellers und der Lagerbestände in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Weinarchiv

* Vor- und Nachbereitung von Mise en place, Set-ups und Backoffice Arbeiten

Was wir erwarten

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Gastronomie oder Hotellerie, idealerweise mit Zusatzqualifikation als Sommelier

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Gastronomie

* Umfassende Kenntnisse der nationalen und internationalen Weinszene

* Ausgeprägte Sensorik und Leidenschaft für Wein

* Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Gästekontakt

* Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Umfassende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
