De RvC van Wonen Meerssen is op zoek naar een commissaris met het profiel bestuurlijk-maatschappelijk en zorg. Over Wonen Meerssen Wonen Meerssen is een lokaal verankerde woningcorporatie met circa 1.800 verhuureenheden in de gemeente Meerssen. Met 17 betrokken medewerkers zetten wij ons in voor goede huisvesting, met bijzondere aandacht voor mensen die daarbij ondersteuning nodig hebben. Samenstelling en taken Raad van Commissarissen De vierhoofdige Raad van Commissarissen (RvC) houdt toezicht op het beleid en de algemene gang van zaken binnen Wonen Meerssen. Daarnaast vervult de RvC de werkgeversrol richting de directeur-bestuurder en treedt zij op als klankbord en adviseur. De RvC werkt conform de Woningwet, de Governancecode Woningcorporaties en de richtlijnen van de Vereniging van Toezichthouders in Woningcorporaties (VTW). De werkwijze is informeel, no-nonsense en betrokken. Algemeen profiel Iedere commissaris beschikt over bestuurlijk inzicht, integriteit, besluitvaardigheid en affiniteit met de maatschappelijke doelstelling van Wonen Meerssen. Daarnaast gelden de door de Autoriteit woningcorporaties vastgestelde competenties: - authenticiteit - bestuurlijk inzicht - helikopterview - integriteit en moreel besef - maatschappelijke sensitiviteit en verantwoordelijkheid - onafhankelijke oordeelsvorming - teamspeler - vakinhoudelijke kennis en visie Ook wordt verwacht dat een commissaris de bedrijfsvoering en de financiële en volkshuisvestelijke prestaties van de corporatie op hoofdlijnen kan beoordelen.
