The posting

Bij een familiebedrijf in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering en paneelbouw in Hilversum breng je besturingspanelen en automatiseringssystemen in bedrijf. Je werkt vooral aan HVAC-installaties aan boord van luxe jachten bij Europese scheepswerven, met een sterke focus op Duitsland. Als Commissioning Engineer Automation controleer je of hardware, software en veldsignalen correct samenwerken en zorg je voor een zorgvuldig geteste oplevering. Ongeveer de helft van je werktijd ben je op internationale projectlocaties. Vanuit Hilversum bereid je projecten voor en ondersteun je Factory Acceptance Tests van besturingspanelen. Aan boord test je I/O, configureer je Modbus- en Ethernet-netwerken en onderzoek je storingen in PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen. Je stemt af met de Lead Commissioning Engineer en software-engineers, koppelt wijzigingen terug en documenteert testresultaten. Zo verdiep je je in zowel regeltechniek als de praktische werking van maritieme HVAC-installaties, ondersteund door ervaren collega's en een persoonlijk ontwikkelplan. Functie-inhoud - Projecten voorbereiden en Factory Acceptance Tests van besturingspanelen ondersteunen in Hilversum - Besturingspanelen en HVAC-automatiseringssystemen op internationale scheepswerven in bedrijf stellen - PLC-, HMI- en SCADA-systemen controleren, testen, configureren en documenteren - I/O-signalen testen en industriële netwerken met Modbus en Ethernet integreren - Storingen analyseren en oplossen tijdens de inbedrijfstelling - Softwarewijzigingen afstemmen met engineers en voortgang en testresultaten rapporteren - Zelfstandig de kwaliteit en voortgang van jouw projectonderdeel bewaken Functie-eisen - Afgeronde technische opleiding op hbo-niveau in elektrotechniek of industriële automatisering - Interesse in of ervaring met PLC-programmering, HMI/SCADA en industriële automatisering - Affiniteit met besturingstechniek, Modbus, Ethernet, signaaltechniek en testprocedures - Goede beheersing van het Engels in woord.
