The posting

Bij een internationaal opererende machinebouwer in Culemborg werk je aan complete productielijnen voor de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, met een sterke focus op industriële bakkerijen. Als Commissioning Engineer verzorg je de softwarematige installatie, opstart en het testen van deze lijnen. Je sluit aan zodra de mechanische en elektrische opbouw gereed is en vertaalt de ontworpen besturing naar een betrouwbaar werkende installatie. Dat doe je zowel intern als bij klanten wereldwijd. In de dagelijkse praktijk installeer je de software van de Software Designer, controleer je machinefuncties en analyseer je afwijkingen tijdens het proefdraaien. Je stemt af met collega’s uit software, elektrotechniek en montage om de lijn goed te laten functioneren. Je reist minimaal de helft van je werktijd; daarbuiten is Culemborg je uitvalsbasis. Zo verdiep je je kennis van Siemens S7 en TIA Portal en ontwikkel je je verder in de inbedrijfstelling van bakkerijlijnen. Functie-inhoud - Besturingssoftware installeren op complete productielijnen voor industriële bakkerijen - Productielijnen opstarten en testen in Culemborg en op klantlocaties wereldwijd - Machinefuncties en de samenwerking tussen lijnonderdelen controleren - Softwarematige afwijkingen en storingen tijdens de inbedrijfstelling analyseren - Technische bevindingen afstemmen met de Software Designer en montagecollega’s - De werking van de lijn toetsen aan de gewenste functionaliteit Functie-eisen - Een opleiding in Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering of een vergelijkbare richting - Ervaring met Siemens S7 en TIA Portal - Ervaring in de machinebouw - Bereidheid om minimaal 50% van je werktijd wereldwijd te reizen - Goede beheersing van het Engels; Duits is een pré - Een praktische, nauwkeurige aanpak bij het testen en oplossen van technische problemen Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week op detavastbasis - 26 vakan.
