Bij een machinebouwer in Doetinchem neem je wereldwijd nieuwe installaties in bedrijf. Je combineert elektrotechniek, mechanica en procestechnologie om installaties veilig op te starten, te testen en te optimaliseren. Van het voorbereiden van schema’s en controlelijsten tot het uitvoeren van metingen en oplossen van processtoringen: je bewaakt de technische voortgang op locatie. De organisatie werkt aan oplossingen die bijdragen aan milieu, duurzaamheid en circulaire economie. Je werkt 40 uur per week en bent meer dan 60% van je tijd internationaal op reis. Je maakt deel uit van het team Process Engineering en rapporteert aan de teamleider. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je testresultaten af met collega’s, begeleid je proeven en train je bedieningsmedewerkers in gebruik en onderhoud. Je legt bevindingen vast en bespreekt verbeteringen na terugkomst. Trainingen, kennissessies en ruimte voor eigen technische initiatieven helpen je om je vakkennis verder te verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Inbedrijfstellingsschema’s opstellen en documentatie, werktekeningen, gereedschappen en veiligheidsmiddelen voorbereiden - Controlelijsten samenstellen en mechanische montage en elektrische aansluitingen controleren - Installaties opstarten, testruns en metingen uitvoeren en procesinstellingen optimaliseren - Technische en procesmatige storingen analyseren, oplossen en alternatieve oplossingen onderzoeken - Testinstallaties begeleiden, meetgegevens verzamelen en periodieke inspecties uitvoeren - Bedieningsmedewerkers trainen in het gebruik en onderhoud van installaties - Werkzaamheden en testresultaten rapporteren en bevindingen bespreken met betrokken collega’s Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Industriële Automatisering of Procestechnologie - Minimaal drie jaar relevante technische werkervaring - Inzicht in de mechanische, elektrische en procestechnische werking van installaties - Analytisch vermogen en een zelfstandige, oplossingsgerichte aanpak..
