The posting

Bij een technische organisatie in Eindhoven werk je vanuit de serviceafdeling aan de opbouw en inbedrijfstelling van installaties. Als Commissioning Engineer ben je veel op klantlocaties, voornamelijk in het buitenland. Je houdt toezicht op de montage, stuurt door de klant beschikbaar gestelde uitvoerende partijen aan en controleert of de installatie correct functioneert. Daarbij combineer je technisch inzicht met heldere afstemming over de uitvoering en de testresultaten. In de dagelijkse praktijk voer je installatietesten uit, leg je bevindingen vast en zorg je dat rapportages en as-built documentatie aansluiten op de gerealiseerde situatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de servicecoördinator, de serviceassistent en vier collega-commissioning engineers. Vanuit de hoofdvestiging krijg je technische ondersteuning. Er is ruimte om initiatief te nemen en je kennis van installaties, besturingen en inbedrijfstelling verder te ontwikkelen. Functie-inhoud - Toezicht houden op de opbouw en inbedrijfstelling van installaties op klantlocaties - Aansturen van uitvoerende partijen die door de klant beschikbaar worden gesteld - Installatietesten bijwonen en uitvoeren om de correcte werking te controleren - Technische afwijkingen analyseren en oplossingen afstemmen met het serviceteam - Testresultaten, rapportages en as-built documentatie zorgvuldig vastleggen - Samenwerken met collega’s binnen het serviceteam aan verschillende installaties en systemen Functie-eisen - Minimaal mbo 4-werk- en -denkniveau met een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of procestechniek - Bereidheid om veel te reizen en langdurig in het buitenland te verblijven - Analytisch en oplossingsgericht werken, met flexibiliteit en oog voor samenwerking - Kennis van PLC-besturingen en ervaring in apparatenbouw of pijpconstructie zijn een pré - Goede beheersing van het Engels in woord en geschrift - Beheersing van bijvoorbeeld Frans, Duits, Arabisch of Spaans is een pré Aanbod - B.
