Bij een technisch specialist in HVAC-systemen in Bunschoten-Spakenburg zorg je dat klimaatinstallaties correct functioneren en aansluiten op de eisen van de klant. Als Commissioning Engineer test je installaties, stel je ze in bedrijf en regel je lucht- en waterstromen in. Je beoordeelt de prestaties en onderzoekt hoe werktuigbouwkundige componenten, elektrische installaties en regeltechniek samen functioneren. Daarbij houd je grip op de technische kwaliteit en het beschikbare budget. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je metingen en functionele tests met storingsonderzoek op locatie. Je bespreekt bevindingen met klanten en technische collega’s en legt de voortgang helder vast. Je reist naar projectlocaties en helpt klanten bij technische vragen. Ook begeleid je junior commissioning engineers, waardoor je jouw HVAC-kennis overdraagt en je verder ontwikkelt in analyse, inbedrijfstelling en technische begeleiding. Functie-inhoud - HVAC-installaties testen, in bedrijf stellen en lucht- en waterstromen inregelen - Systeemprestaties beoordelen en technische verbeteringen voorstellen - Storingen op locatie analyseren en klanten technisch ondersteunen - De werking van elektrische systemen en regeltechniek controleren - Voortgang en testresultaten rapporteren aan klanten en management - Werkzaamheden uitvoeren binnen het beschikbare budget - Junior commissioning engineers begeleiden en vakkennis overdragen Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding Werktuigbouwkunde of een vergelijkbare technische richting - Minimaal drie jaar ervaring met HVAC-systemen - Voldoende kennis van elektrische installaties en besturings- en regelsystemen - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een samenwerkingsgerichte houding - Bereidheid om te reizen en goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van het Engels - Kennis van de maritieme sector is een pré Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring) - Een detavastconstructie als route naar e.
