The posting

Bij een specialist in koel- en klimaattechniek in Ridderkerk stel je HVAC(R)-installaties in bedrijf voor toepassingen in de scheepvaart, industrie, infrastructuur en utiliteit. Je controleert of gemonteerde systemen technisch correct functioneren, regelt ze in en maakt ze gereed voor oplevering. Daarbij werk je met technische tekeningen, PLC-besturingen en meet- en regeltechniek. De projecten variëren van luchtbehandelingskasten tot koel- en vriesinstallaties, met zowel standaardoplossingen als installaties op maat. Zodra de monteurs klaar zijn, neem je op locatie het testen en opstarten over. Je beoordeelt de montage, controleert de regeling en stelt instellingen bij waar dat nodig is. Je werkt zelfstandig, stemt afwijkingen af met collega’s en begeleidt keuringen tot en met de opleveringsrapportage. Omdat de installaties wereldwijd worden geplaatst, reis je regelmatig naar het buitenland. De verschillende toepassingen bieden je ruimte om je kennis van HVAC(R) en regeltechniek verder te verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Geplaatste HVAC(R)-installaties visueel beoordelen aan de hand van technische tekeningen - PLC-besturingen en meet- en regeltechnische functies controleren tijdens de inbedrijfstelling - Installaties testen, instellingen aanpassen en systemen inregelen - Eindcontroles uitvoeren en installaties op locatie opstarten - Keuringen begeleiden en bevindingen vastleggen in opleveringsrapportages - Technische afwijkingen afstemmen met collega’s en verbeteringen voorstellen Functie-eisen - Minimaal een afgeronde technische opleiding op mbo-niveau 4 - Aantoonbare ervaring met PLC’s en meet- en regeltechniek - Ervaring met of affiniteit voor HVAC(R)-installaties - VCA Basis of de bereidheid dit certificaat te behalen - Goede mondelinge en schriftelijke beheersing van Nederlands en Engels - Rijbewijs, bereidheid tot internationale reizen en een zelfstandige, gestructureerde en klantgerichte werkwijze Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.500 en € 5.000 (afhankeli.
