The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Rijssen stel je fiberlasersnijmachines en geautomatiseerde lasersystemen in bedrijf bij klanten wereldwijd. Je bent betrokken vanaf de projectkick-off tot de overdracht en zorgt dat de machine aansluit op het productieproces van de klant. Daarvoor combineer je kennis van machinetechniek, besturing en software met een praktische aanpak op locatie. Je analyseert de productiebehoefte, test de installatie en optimaliseert de afstelling voor veilig en efficiënt gebruik. Afhankelijk van het project werk je zelfstandig of met één of twee collega's. Je stemt af met service, software en projectmanagement, lost technische problemen op en leert operators hoe zij de installatie bedienen. Je reist onder meer naar Europa, Noord-Amerika en Australië, doorgaans in een ritme van drie weken op locatie en één week thuis. Met een opleidingsprogramma op maat verdiep je je verder in lasertechniek, automatisering en commissioning. Functie-inhoud - Fiberlasersnijmachines en geautomatiseerde lasersystemen op locatie in bedrijf stellen en testen - Klantprocessen analyseren en machine-instellingen afstemmen op de productiebehoefte - Technische storingen tijdens commissioning onderzoeken en oplossen - Operators en technische medewerkers trainen in veilig en efficiënt machinegebruik - Technische voortgang afstemmen met service, software en projectmanagement - Projecten begeleiden van kick-off tot technische overdracht aan de klant Functie-eisen - Je hebt een technische mbo- of hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek - Je hebt ervaring met commissioning, service of inbedrijfstelling, bij voorkeur van lasermachines of CNC-systemen - Je hebt affiniteit met software, automatisering en industriële productielijnen - Je beheerst het Engels goed; Nederlands is een pré - Je bent bereid internationaal te reizen en flexibel te werken - Je werkt zelfstandig op locatie en legt technische zaken begrijpelijk uit aan operators Aanbod - Bruto ma.
