The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Rijssen stel je fiberlasersnijmachines en geautomatiseerde lasersystemen in bedrijf bij klanten wereldwijd. Je zorgt dat de machine-inrichting aansluit op het productieproces van de klant en begeleidt het traject van projectstart tot oplevering en acceptatie. Daarbij combineer je kennis van mechatronica, besturingstechniek en software met praktisch inzicht in industriële productie. Je werkt aan installaties die een belangrijk onderdeel vormen van de dagelijkse productie van de klant. Op locatie test je machinefuncties, los je technische problemen op en train je operators in veilig en efficiënt gebruik. Afhankelijk van het project werk je zelfstandig of met één of twee collega’s, met ondersteuning vanuit service, software en projectmanagement. Je reist internationaal volgens een ritme van ongeveer drie weken op locatie en één week thuis. Via trainingen en praktijkervaring verdiep je je in lasertechnologie, machinebesturing en procesoptimalisatie. Functie-inhoud - Fiberlasersnijmachines en geautomatiseerde lasersystemen in bedrijf stellen en testen - Klantprocessen analyseren en vertalen naar een passende machine-inrichting - Technische storingen tijdens de inbedrijfstelling onderzoeken en oplossen - Machinewerking en procesinstellingen optimaliseren tot aan oplevering en acceptatie - Operators en technische medewerkers trainen in veilig en efficiënt machinegebruik - Afstemmen met collega’s van service, software en projectmanagement Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur mechatronica, werktuigbouwkunde of elektrotechniek - Ervaring met commissioning, service of het opstarten van machines - Bij voorkeur kennis van lasermachines of CNC-gestuurde systemen - Affiniteit met software, automatisering en industriële productielijnen - Goede beheersing van het Engels; Nederlands is een pluspunt - Bereidheid om internationaal te reizen en flexibel en zelfstandig te werken Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 5.000 (indicatie.
