Bij een producent van meet- en regelapparatuur voor de maritieme sector in Sneek werk je als Commissioning Engineer aan het in bedrijf stellen van besturingssystemen. Je richt je op de stap van technisch ontwerp naar een betrouwbaar werkende installatie. Daarbij controleer je signalen, test je bedienfuncties en onderzoek je afwijkingen in de samenwerking tussen hardware en software. Je combineert elektrotechnisch inzicht met een systematische testaanpak en houdt oog voor de veilige bediening van maritieme installaties. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je functionele controles af met foutzoeken, het afstemmen van instellingen en het vastleggen van testresultaten. Je overlegt met engineers en betrokken technici over de oorzaak van storingen en de juiste oplossing. Tijdens de inbedrijfstelling maak je technische bevindingen begrijpelijk voor de mensen die met het systeem werken. Zo verdiep je je kennis van maritieme besturingstechniek, signaalverwerking en de samenhang tussen bediening, regeling en terugkoppeling. Functie-inhoud - Besturings- en bediensystemen controleren en functioneel in bedrijf stellen - I/O-signalen, bekabeling en terugmeldingen toetsen aan elektrische schema’s - Instellingen controleren en de werking van regel- en beveiligingsfuncties testen - Storingen analyseren op het raakvlak van elektrotechniek en besturingssoftware - Technische afwijkingen met engineers afstemmen en oplossingen verifiëren - Testresultaten documenteren en de technische overdracht ondersteunen Functie-eisen - Een technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Praktische kennis van elektrische besturingen, sensoren en actuatoren - Elektrische schema’s kunnen lezen en systematisch metingen uitvoeren - Inzicht in PLC-besturingen, I/O-verwerking en industriële communicatie - Zorgvuldig kunnen testen, foutzoeken en technische bevindingen vastleggen - Bereidheid om voor inbedrijfstelling op locatie te werken Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tusse.
