The posting

Bij een technisch projectbureau werk je aan de inbedrijfstelling van mechanische installaties binnen grootschalige offshore energieprojecten, voornamelijk in Vlissingen. Als Commissioning Engineer Mechanical Systems bereid je de commissioning voor, coördineer je de uitvoering en bewaak je de technische oplevering. Je zorgt dat installaties en hulpsystemen veilig functioneren volgens de specificaties. Daarbij verbind je de mechanische uitvoering met instrumentatie, besturingslogica en signalering richting SCADA. In de dagelijkse praktijk controleer je P&ID's, Logic Flow Diagrams en I/O-lijsten, begeleid je de overdracht vanuit Mechanical Completion en voer je functionele testen en looptesten uit. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met engineering, constructie, leveranciers en de klant, en houdt afwijkingen en openstaande acties bij. Veilig werken volgens LOTO-procedures vormt de basis. Via samenwerking met Project Engineers en Project Managers, opleidingen en kennisdelingssessies verdiep je jouw commissioningkennis binnen offshore energie-infrastructuur. Functie-inhoud - Commissioningactiviteiten voorbereiden, coördineren en opvolgen met engineering, constructie, leveranciers en de klant - De overdracht van Mechanical Completion naar Commissioning begeleiden en openstaande acties bewaken - P&ID's, Logic Flow Diagrams en I/O-lijsten interpreteren en controleren - Functionele testen uitvoeren op mechanische installaties, HVAC-, drain- en firefightingsystemen - Looptesten uitvoeren en instrumentatie en signalen richting SCADA verifiëren - Toezien op naleving van veiligheidsprocedures en LOTO-regels - Testresultaten, afwijkingen en commissioningactiviteiten nauwkeurig registreren Functie-eisen - Bachelor- of masterdiploma in elektromechanica, werktuigbouwkunde, automatisering of een vergelijkbare technische richting - Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring met commissioning, troubleshooting of inbedrijfstelling binnen industriële, offshore-, energie- of procesomgevingen - Kennis van commis.
