The posting

Bij een machinebouwer in Maarheeze werk je aan optische sorteermachines voor klanten in Europa en daarbuiten. Als Commissioning Engineer begeleid je machines van de eerste tests tot de inbedrijfstelling bij de klant. Je zorgt dat transportbanden, motoren, camera’s en productdoorvoer goed samenwerken en stemt de installatie af op het te sorteren product. Daarbij combineer je mechanica, elektrotechniek en software om de werking van de hele machine te doorgronden. Je begint in de werkplaats met aansluiten, testen en afstellen. Vervolgens stel je dezelfde machine op locatie in bedrijf en instrueer je operators en technische diensten. In het kleine, nuchtere team overleg je rechtstreeks met collega’s, die ook tijdens buitenlandse bezoeken op afstand meedenken. Praktijkervaring vertaal je naar machineverbeteringen. Zo verdiep je je kennis van optische sortering, storingsanalyse en commissioning, met Maarheeze als vaste thuisbasis. Functie-inhoud - Machines aansluiten, testen en afstellen in de werkplaats in Maarheeze - Transportbanden, motoren, camera’s en productdoorvoer op elkaar afstemmen - Optische sorteermachines in bedrijf stellen bij klanten in binnen- en buitenland - Machine-instellingen afstemmen op het product en het sorteerproces - Mechanische, elektrotechnische en softwaregerelateerde storingen analyseren en oplossen, op locatie of op afstand - Operators en technische diensten instrueren over bediening en werking - Ervaringen uit commissioning terugkoppelen en verbeteringen aan machines voorstellen Functie-eisen - Een technische achtergrond in werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek of mechatronica - Inzicht in de samenhang tussen mechanica, elektrotechniek en machinebesturing - Een analytische aanpak: je zoekt naar de oorzaak van storingen - Duidelijke communicatie met klanten, operators en technische diensten, ook in het Engels - Bereidheid om gemiddeld maandelijks 2 tot 3 dagen binnen Europa en tweemaandelijks 3 tot 5 dagen buiten Europa te werken - Zelfstand.
