The posting

Bij een technische organisatie in Zwolle die oplossingen ontwikkelt voor waterbeheer en infrastructurele projecten, stel je tijdelijke pompinstallaties in bedrijf. Je test en configureert de installaties en zorgt dat mechanische componenten, elektrotechnische systemen en PLC-besturingen goed samenwerken. Daarbij controleer je of de installatie veilig en betrouwbaar functioneert voordat deze aan de klant wordt opgeleverd. Je werkt op projectlocaties in binnen- en buitenland, met reizen binnen Noordwest-Europa. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je voorbereiding op kantoor met testen, afstellen en storingzoeken op locatie. Je leest PLC-besturingen, voert aanpassingen door en ondersteunt monteurs bij de installatie. Samen met engineers en projectteams bespreek je technische knelpunten en leg je testresultaten vast. Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid tijdens de inbedrijfstelling en ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in besturingstechniek, elektrotechniek en de werking van pompinstallaties. Functie-inhoud - Testen, afstellen en in bedrijf stellen van tijdelijke pompinstallaties op locatie. - Controleren en afstemmen van de koppeling tussen mechanische en elektrotechnische systemen. - Lezen, aanpassen en optimaliseren van PLC-besturingen. - Opsporen en oplossen van storingen tijdens de inbedrijfstelling. - Ondersteunen van monteurs bij de voorbereiding en installatie van systemen. - Technisch adviseren tijdens projectoverleggen en vastleggen van testresultaten en projectrapportages. - Bewaken van een veilige uitvoering en deelnemen aan storingsdiensten. Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde mbo-4-opleiding Elektrotechniek of Besturingstechniek. - Ervaring met PLC-systemen, bij voorkeur Schneider of ABB. - Kennis van elektrotechnische systemen tot circa 600 volt. - Bij voorkeur enkele jaren ervaring in een technische functie of commissioningrol. - Je communiceert helder met monteurs, engineers en projectteams en werkt praktisch en oplossingsgericht. - Je bent bereid te reizen binn.
