Als Commissioning Engineer in de machinebouw in Raamsdonksveer werk je op het snijvlak van besturingstechniek, elektrotechniek en mechanica. Je richt je op het in bedrijf stellen van machines: van het controleren van I/O en veiligheidsfuncties tot het testen van automatische cycli. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen of een machine draait, maar ook of de besturing voorspelbaar reageert en storingen goed te herleiden zijn. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je testen aan de machine met het analyseren van PLC-signalen, HMI-meldingen en aandrijvingen. Je stemt bevindingen af met software-engineers en monteurs en vertaalt afwijkingen naar concrete verbeterpunten. Tijdens de inbedrijfstelling bouw je verder aan je kennis van machinegedrag, industriële communicatie en systematisch storingzoeken. Zo help je machines technisch gereed te maken voor overdracht aan de gebruiker. Functie-inhoud - Machines stapsgewijs in bedrijf stellen en de werking van besturingsfuncties testen - I/O, sensoren, actuatoren en aandrijvingen controleren aan de hand van schema’s - Storingen analyseren met PLC-diagnostiek, HMI-meldingen en metingen - Machinecycli en veiligheidsfuncties toetsen volgens testprocedures - Softwareaanpassingen en technische verbeterpunten afstemmen met engineering - Testresultaten vastleggen en gebruikers ondersteunen bij de technische overdracht Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding op mbo- of hbo-niveau, bijvoorbeeld elektrotechniek, mechatronica of industriële automatisering - Ervaring met inbedrijfstelling of technisch storingzoeken aan industriële machines - Kennis van PLC-besturingen en HMI-systemen, bijvoorbeeld Siemens TIA Portal - Elektrotechnische schema’s kunnen lezen en signalen systematisch kunnen controleren - Inzicht in aandrijftechniek, industriële netwerken en machineveiligheid - Zorgvuldige werkwijze en heldere communicatie met monteurs, engineers en gebruikers Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.600 en € 5.000 (indicatie op basis van functie en ervaring.
