In deze rol werk je aan uiteenlopende organisatiebrede en maatschappelijke vraagstukken binnen de gemeente. Je adviseert over communicatie bij dienstverlening, bedrijfsvoering, financiën, gebiedsontwikkeling en leefbaarheid in dorpen en wijken. Daarbij schakel je soepel tussen strategie en uitvoering en weet je complexe vraagstukken snel terug te brengen tot een heldere aanpak. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner voor beleidsadviseurs, projectleiders en bestuurders en houdt oog voor zowel interne dynamiek als de impact op inwoners, ondernemers en andere belanghebbenden. Wat ga je doen - Je adviseert beleidsadviseurs, projectleiders en bestuurders over communicatievraagstukken en positionering. - Je analyseert communicatievraagstukken, brengt belangen en risico's in beeld en vertaalt deze naar een heldere strategie en concrete aanpak. - Je ontwikkelt en implementeert communicatiestrategieën voor organisatiebrede en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen. - Je zorgt voor duidelijke en doelgerichte communicatie richting collega's, inwoners, ondernemers en andere belanghebbenden. - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor communicatie binnen projecten en vraagstukken, doet de intake, scherpt de vraag aan en bepaalt wat nodig is. - Je voert regie op de communicatieaanpak en zorgt dat strategie en uitvoering met elkaar verbonden blijven. - Je signaleert kansen, gevoeligheden en risico's tijdig en weet waar nodig te de-escaleren. - Je werkt onder meer aan de communicatie rond ontwikkelingen binnen de bedrijfsvoering, zoals de visie op dienstverlening en het project Procesgericht werken. - Je beweegt gemakkelijk tussen verschillende onderwerpen en komt snel tot de kern van nieuwe vraagstukken.
