Heldere en zorgvuldige communicatie is daarbij essentieel, zeker wanneer maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen, gevoelige dossiers of onverwachte gebeurtenissen onze organisatie en reputatie raken. Daarom zoeken we een communicatieadviseur die issues vroegtijdig herkent, overzicht brengt en helpt om snel en professioneel te handelen. Deel vacature: Hoe jij het verschil maakt Als Communicatieadviseur Issue en crisiscommunicatie help je de organisatie om gevoelige en onverwachte situaties tijdig te herkennen, zorgvuldig te duiden en professioneel te begeleiden. Je verbindt ontwikkelingen binnen VGZ met wat er maatschappelijk en in de media speelt. Je analyseert complexe vraagstukken, brengt belangen en communicatierisico's in kaart en vertaalt deze naar heldere adviezen en concrete acties. Daarbij ontwikkel je kernboodschappen, scenario's, Q&A's en communicatieaanpakken die bijdragen aan vertrouwen in onze organisatie. Tevens ontwikkel en realiseer je gerichte communicatiecampagnes rond maatschappelijke en politieke thema's, die bijdragen aan de reputatie van VGZ. Wanneer zich een incident of crisis voordoet, speel jij een belangrijke rol in het coördineren en bewaken van de communicatie. Je werkt hierbij nauw samen met collega's van woordvoering, public affairs en interne en externe communicatie. Ook bereid je crisisoefeningen voor, leg je afspraken vast en zorg je ervoor dat acties zorgvuldig worden opgevolgd. Daarnaast draag je bij aan de verdere professionalisering van issue- en crisiscommunicatie binnen VGZ. Je houdt processen, draaiboeken en hulpmiddelen actueel en vertaalt ervaringen en leerpunten uit incidenten en crises naar concrete verbeteringen voor de toekomst.
