Je adviseert, ondersteunt en controleert en zorgt ervoor dat wet- en regelgeving niet alleen wordt nageleefd, maar ook praktisch wordt vertaald naar de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. Samen met collega's uit verschillende teams werk je voor 24, 32 of 40 uur per week aan een betrouwbare, duurzame en toekomstbestendige organisatie. Een veelzijdige rol waarin geen dag hetzelfde is! Wat ga je doen? Als Compliance & QHSE Medewerker in Barendrecht ben jij dé spil als het gaat om risico- en compliance vraagstukken binnen de organisatie. Je adviseert, ondersteunt én controleert. En dat doe je in nauwe samenwerking met collega's uit verschillende teams. Verder kun je denken aan: - Aanmaken van nieuwe relaties en bewaken van compliance; - Uitvoeren van KYC (Know Your Customer) en klant-/leveranciersonderzoek; - Invullen van questionnaires voor klantregistraties en tenders; - Meewerken aan de Risico-Inventarisatie & -Evaluatie (R.I.&E.); - Volgen van nieuwe en gewijzigde wet- en regelgeving en vertalen hiervan naar de organisatie; - Ondersteunen bij duurzaamheids- en ESG-rapportages, waaronder CSRD, CO₂, CBAM, EUDR, WPM en afvalfonds; - Ondersteunen bij ISO 9001, ISO 14001 en ISO 27001 en de voorbereiding van audits; - Bewaken van GDPR/AVG-compliance; - Signaleren en beoordelen van compliance-, privacy-, milieu- en handelsrisico's; - Adviseren van collega's en management over relevante compliance vraagstukken. Je adviseert over hoe bedrijfsprocessen nóg beter kunnen aansluiten bij geldende regels. Je identificeert risico's, beoordeelt deze scherp en stelt praktische maatregelen op om ze beheersbaar te maken. Vervolgens neem jij de leiding in de uitvoering en borging van deze acties.
